BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the al-Qaida leader in Iraq who waged a bloody campaign of suicide bombings and beheadings of hostages, has been killed in a precision airstrike, U.S. and Iraqi officials said Thursday. It was a long-sought victory in the war in Iraq.

Al-Zarqawi and seven aides, including spiritual adviser Sheik Abdul Rahman, were killed Wednesday evening in a remote area 30 miles northeast of Baghdad in the volatile province of Diyala, just east of the provincial capital of Baqouba, officials said.

"Al-Zarqawi was eliminated," Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said.

At the White House, President Bush hailed the killing as "a severe blow to al-Qaida and it is a significant victory in the war on terror."

But he cautioned: "We have tough days ahead of us in Iraq that will require the continuing patience of the American people."

Al-Qaida in Iraq confirmed al-Zarqawi's death and vowed to continue its "holy war," according to a statement posted on a Web site.

"We want to give you the joyous news of the martyrdom of the mujahed sheik Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

"The death of our leaders is life for us. It will only increase our persistence in continuing holy war so that the word of God will be supreme."

Gen. George Casey, the top U.S. commander in Iraq, said the hunt for al-Zarqawi began two weeks ago, and his body was identified by fingerprints and facial recognition.

Casey said an American airstrike targeted "an identified, isolated safe house."

He said tips and intelligence from senior leaders of al-Zarqawi's network led U.S. forces to al-Zarqawi as he was meeting with some of his associates. Casey also said Iraqi police were first on the scene after the airstrike.

Video from the scene of the attack showed children scrambling over a flattened jumble of cinderblocks, concrete reinforcing bars, blankets, blue plastic bowls and other debris. A pickup truck was scorched and crushed.

Two young members of the crowd held up a child's sandal, a backpack with a teddy bear on it and a stuffed animal. The rubble was across a dirt road from a grove of palm trees.

The news came amid more reports of violence in Iraq, with two bombs striking a market and a police patrol in Baghdad, killing at least 19 people and wounding more than 40.

The announcement about al-Zarqawi's death came six days after he issued an audiotape on the Internet, railing against Shiites in Iraq and saying militias were raping women and killing Sunnis. He urged the community to fight back.

The Jordanian-born terrorist was Iraq's most-wanted militant - as notorious as Osama bin Laden, to whom he swore allegiance in 2004. The United States put a $25 million bounty on his head, the same as bin Laden. Al-Maliki told al-Arabiya television the bounty would be honored, saying "we will meet our promise," without elaborating.

Al-Zarqawi is believed to have beheaded two Americans - Nicholas Berg of West Chester, Pa., and Eugene Armstrong, formerly of Hillsdale, Mich. - prompting supporters to dub him "the slaughtering sheik."

Al-Maliki said the Wednesday night airstrike by U.S. forces was based on intelligence reports provided to Iraqi security forces by area residents.

A Jordanian official said the kingdom also provided the U.S. military with information that helped track down al-Zarqawi, who claimed responsibility for a November triple suicide bombing against Amman hotels that killed 60.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was addressing intelligence issues, would not elaborate, but Jordan is known to have agents operating in Iraq to hunt down Islamic militants.

Some of the information came from Jordan's sources inside Iraq and led the U.S. military to the area of Baqouba, the official said.

Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari told The Associated Press that a serious effort to find al-Zarqawi had been underway since he appeared in a videotape in late April - the same week messages were broadcast by bin Laden and his top deputy, Ayman al-Zawahri.

He said the location in which al-Zarqawi appeared in the videotape had been "pinpointed," without elaborating.

Baqouba has in recent weeks seen a spike in sectarian violence, including the discovery of 17 severed heads in fruit boxes. It also was near the site of a sectarian atrocity last week in which masked gunmen killed 21 Shiites, including a dozen students pulled from minibuses, after separating out four Sunni Arabs.

"Those who disrupt the course of life, like al-Zarqawi, will have a tragic end," al-Maliki said. He also warned those who would follow the militant's lead that "whenever there is a new al-Zarqawi, we will kill him."

"This is a message for all those who embrace violence, killing and destruction to stop and to (retreat) before it's too late," he said. "It is an open battle with all those who incite sectarianism."

A U.S. defense intelligence official, who requested anonymity while events were unfolding, said there is no intelligence indicating that extremists planned attacks that would be triggered by al-Zarqawi's death.

However, the official said, with his death, there may be some retaliation.

It was not clear to American authorities who would succeed al-Zarqawi as the leader of al-Qaida in Iraq. The official noted that a number of al-Zarqawi's deputies have been taken out in recent months, which could cause chaos among the group's top tier.

In London, British Prime Minister Tony Blair said al-Zarqawi's death "was very good news because a blow against al-Qaida in Iraq was a blow against al-Qaida everywhere." Afghan President Hamid Karzai said the killing was "a significant step in ridding the world of the menace of terrorism."

In Jordan, al-Zarqawi's older brother said the insurgent leader was a martyr, and the family had long expected his death. Al-Zarqawi's family had renounced him in the wake of the Amman bombings.

"We anticipated that he would be killed for a very long time," Sayel al-Khalayleh told The Associated Press by phone from Zarqa, the town from which al-Zarqawi derived his name.

Al-Zarqawi's oversaw a wave of kidnappings of foreigners and the killings of at least a dozen, including Arab diplomats and three Americans. He also was a master Internet propagandist, spreading the call for Islamic extremists to join the "jihad," or holy war, in Iraq. His group posted gruesome images of beheadings, speeches by al-Zarqawi and recruitment videos depicting the planning and execution of its most daring attacks.

Iraqi citizens had mixed reactions to the news of al-Zarqawi's death.

Thamir Abdulhussein, a college student in Baghdad, said he hoped the killing would promote peace between the fractured ethnic and sectarian groups.

"If it's true al-Zarqawi was killed, that will be a big happiness for all the Iraqis," he said. "He was behind all the killings of Sunni and Shiites. Iraqis should now move toward reconciliation. They should stop the violence."

Amir Muhammed Ali, a 45-year-old stock broker in Baghdad, was skeptical that al-Zarqawi's death would end the unrelenting sectarian violence and said the Iraqi resistance to U.S.-led forces likely would continue.

"He didn't represent the resistance, someone will replace him and the operations will go on," he said.

In the past year, al-Zarqawi moved his campaign beyond Iraq's borders to Jordan and Lebanon, where he claimed responsbility for a rocket attack from Lebanon into northern Israel.

U.S. forces and their allies came close to capturing al-Zarqawi several times since his campaign began in mid-2003.

The closest brush may have come in late 2004. Deputy Interior Ministry Maj. Gen. Hussein Kamal said Iraqi security forces caught al-Zarqawi near the insurgent stronghold of Fallujah but then released him because they did not realize who he was.

In May 2005, Web statements by his group said al-Zarqawi had been wounded in fighting with Americans and was being treated in a hospital abroad - raising speculation over a successor among his lieutenants. But days later, a statement said al-Zarqawi was fine and had returned to Iraq. There was never any independent confirmation that he was wounded.

U.S. forces believe they just missed capturing al-Zarqawi in a Feb. 20, 2005, raid in which troops closed in on his vehicle west of Baghdad near the Euphrates River. His driver and another associate were captured and al-Zarqawi's computer was seized along with pistols and ammunition.

U.S. troops twice launched massive invasions of Fallujah, the stronghold used by al-Qaida in Iraq fighters and other insurgents west of Baghdad. An April 2004 offensive left the city still in insurgent hands, but an October 2004 assault wrested it from them.

In an unexpectedly belligerent state of the nation address on Russian TV, the Russian president accused the US of putting its own interests before its democratic ideals, and compared the country to a voracious wolf.

"We are aware what is going on in the world," he said.

"Comrade wolf knows whom to eat, he eats without listening, and he's clearly not going to listen to anyone."

He added: "It is premature to speak of the end of the arms race. It is in reality rising to a new technological level."

Mr Putin's combative speech comes days after Dick Cheney, the US vice-president, accused Moscow of rolling back democracy and threatening its ex-Soviet neighbours.

Last month US senators visiting Moscow said Russia's slide towards authoritarianism and stance on the Iranian nuclear crisis may undermine the country's bid to join the World Trade Organisation.

In his speech, Mr Putin said the government would strengthen the nation's nuclear deterrent as well as conventional military forces without repeating the mistakes of the Cold War era, when a costly arms race against the US drained Soviet resources.

The president also pledged action to counter Russia's acute demographic crisis, calling on members of parliament to vote money for more generous birth bonuses and childcare subsidies.

I know that most of you read the news and found out that the CIA found a person leaking top secret information to the media. Mary McCarthy had been Director of Intelligence Programs on the

I just want to know if the US government is just trying to sell us to the higher bidder. This week the Dubai International Capital has push to invest 1.24 billion for Doncasters Group Defense contractor. This company is working on a $250 billion project to build a F-35 Joint Strike Fighter with stealth capabilities. This would of been unheard of in past wars. I just want to know where do I invest? I really want to know! I got a little money set aside. The United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Turkey, and Norway are entered in to purchase these new stealth fighters. I just want to know where do we draw the line. This week the government of Dubai gave the Palestinian Authority 50 million because the other governments say they are being run by terrorist. I just don't know about our leadership any more. Please pray for America and her leadership.

This easter I want the nation to send a special prayer to our friends, brothers, sisters, Mothers, and father in the sand box. I want them to know how much we back them and their mission. Life is not cheap and anyone in the military knows that. With that in mind, I am not much of a religious person, but I've seen death up close as it fades away. Its still hard to talk about, but the help my family and god has given me peace. I am not gun-ho, but I am a realist. I am a student and a fan of history. I know my word has no weight when it comes to speaking how I feel about this war. People are always willing to label you even if you want the right thing. America needs a new generation of solders to fill the moral gap that we are loosing in the WW2 crowed. I am not, or never will diminish the sacrifice any solders service whether done in war or peace. You are the heart of our democracy, and we will never forget it! God bless the families, soldiers. and those who protect our freedom. Happy easter and god bless America!

U.S. Military Secrets for Sale at Afghan Bazaar

April 10 2006. No more than 200 yards from the main gate of the sprawling U.S. base here, stolen computer drives containing classified military assessments of enemy targets, names of corrupt Afghan officials and descriptions of American defenses are on sale in the local bazaar.

Shop owners at the bazaar say Afghan cleaners, garbage collectors and other workers from the base arrive each day offering purloined goods, including knives, watches, refrigerators, packets of Viagra and flash memory drives taken from military laptops. The drives, smaller than a pack of chewing gum, are sold as used equipment.

The thefts of computer drives have the potential to expose military secrets as well as Social Security numbers and other identifying information of military personnel.

A reporter recently obtained several drives at the bazaar that contained documents marked "Secret." The contents included documents that were potentially embarrassing to Pakistan, a U.S. ally, presentations that named suspected militants targeted for "kill or capture" and discussions of U.S. efforts to "remove" or "marginalize" Afghan government officials whom the military considered "problem makers."

The drives also included deployment rosters and other documents that identified nearly 700 U.S. service members and their Social Security numbers, information that identity thieves could use to open credit card accounts in soldiers' names.

After choosing the name of an army captain at random, a reporter using the Internet was able to obtain detailed information on the woman, including her home address in Maryland and the license plate numbers of her 2003 Jeep Liberty sport utility vehicle and 1998 Harley Davidson XL883 Hugger motorcycle.

Troops serving overseas would be particularly vulnerable to attempts at identity theft because keeping track of their bank and credit records is difficult, said Jay Foley, co-executive director of the Identity Theft Resource Center in San Diego.

"It's absolutely absurd that this is happening in any way, shape or form," Foley said. "There's absolutely no reason for anyone in the military to have that kind of information on a flash drive and then have it out of their possession."

A flash drive also contained a classified briefing about the capabilities and limitations of a "man portable counter-mortar radar" used to find the source of guerrilla mortar rounds. A map pinpoints the U.S. camps and bases in Iraq where the sophisticated radar was deployed in March 2004.

Lt. Mike Cody, a spokesman for the U.S. forces here, declined to comment on the computer drives or their content.

"We do not discuss issues that involve or could affect operational security," he said.

Workers are supposed to be frisked as they leave the base, but they have various ways of deceiving guards, such as hiding computer drives behind photo IDs that they wear in holders around their necks, shop owners said. Others claim that U.S. soldiers illegally sell military property and help move it off the base, saying they need the money to pay bills back home.

Bagram base, the U.S. military's largest in Afghanistan and a hub for classified military activity, has suffered security lapses before, including an escape from a detention center where hundreds of Al Qaeda and Taliban suspects have been held and interrogated.

Last July, four Al Qaeda members, including the group's commander in Southeast Asia, Omar Faruq, escaped from Bagram by picking the lock on their cell. They then walked off the base, ditched their prison uniforms and fled through a muddy vineyard.

The men later boasted of their escape on a video and have not been captured. The military said it had tightened security at Bagram after the breakout.

One of the computer drives stolen from Bagram contained a series of slides prepared for a January 2005 briefing of American military officials that identified several Afghan governors and police chiefs as "problem makers" involved in kidnappings, the opium trade and attacks on allied troops with improvised bombs.

The chart showed the U.S. military's preferred methods of dealing with the men: "remove from office; if unable marginalize."

A chart dated Jan. 2, 2005, listed five Afghans as "Tier One Warlords." It identified Afghanistan's former defense minister Mohammed Qassim Fahim, current military chief of staff Abdul Rashid Dostum and counter-narcotics chief Gen. Mohammed Daoud as being involved in the narcotics trade. All three have denied committing crimes.

Another slide presentation identified 12 governors, police chiefs and lower-ranking officials that the U.S. military wanted removed from office. The men were involved in activities including drug trafficking, recruiting of Taliban fighters and active support for Taliban commanders, according to the presentation, which also named the military's preferred replacements.

The briefing said that efforts against Afghan officials were coordinated with U.S. special operations teams and must be approved by top commanders as well as military lawyers who apply unspecified criteria set by Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld.

The military also weighs any ties that any official has to President Hamid Karzai and members of his Cabinet or warlords, as well as the risk of destabilization when deciding which officials should be removed, the presentation said.

One of the men on the military's removal list, Sher Mohammed Akhundzada, was replaced in December as governor of Helmand province in southern Afghanistan. After removing him from the governor's office, Karzai appointed Akhundzada to Afghanistan's Senate. The U.S. military believed the governor, who was caught with almost 20,000 pounds of opium in his office last summer, to be a heroin trafficker.

The provincial police chief in Helmand, Abdul Rahman Jan, whom U.S. forces suspect of providing security for narcotics shipments, kept his job.

Though U.S. officials continue to praise Pakistan as a loyal ally in the war on terrorism, several documents on the flash drives show the military has struggled to break militant command and supply lines traced to Pakistan. Some of the documents also accused Pakistan's security forces of helping militants launch cross-border attacks on U.S. and allied forces.

Militant attacks on U.S. and allied forces have escalated sharply over the last half year, and once-rare suicide bombings are now frequent, especially in southern Afghan provinces close to infiltration routes from Pakistan.

A document dated Oct. 11, 2004, said at least two of the Taliban's top five leaders were believed to be in Pakistan. That country's government and military repeatedly have denied that leaders of militants fighting U.S.-led forces in Afghanistan operate from bases in Pakistan.

The Taliban leaders in Pakistan were identified as Mullah Akhtar Osmani, described as a "major Taliban facilitator for southern Afghanistan" and a "rear commander from Quetta" in southwest Pakistan, and Mullah Obaidullah, said to be "responsible for planning operations in Kandahar."

At the time, fugitive Taliban leader Mullah Mohammed Omar, his second-in-command Mullah Berader, and three other top Taliban commanders were all suspected of being in southern or central Afghanistan, according to the military briefing.

Another document said the Taliban and an allied militant group were working with Arab Al Qaeda members in Pakistan to plan and launch attacks in Afghanistan. A map presented at a "targeting meeting" for U.S. military commanders here on Jan. 27, 2005, identified the Pakistani cities of Peshawar and Quetta as planning and staging areas for terrorists heading to Afghanistan.

One of the terrorism groups is identified by the single name "Zawahiri," apparently a reference to Ayman Zawahiri, Osama bin Laden's deputy and chief strategist in Al Qaeda. The document said his attacks had been launched from a region south of Miram Shah, administrative capital of Pakistan's unruly North Waziristan tribal region.

In January, a CIA missile strike targeted Zawahiri in a village more than 100 miles to the northeast, but he was not among the 18 killed, who included women and children.

Other documents on the computer drives listed senior Taliban commanders and "facilitators" living in Pakistan. The Pakistani government strenuously denies allegations by the Afghan government that it is harboring Taliban and other guerrilla fighters.

An August 2004 computer slide presentation marked "Secret" outlined "obstacles to success" along the border and accused Pakistan of making "false and inaccurate reports of border incidents." It also complained of political and military inertia in Pakistan.

Half a year later, other documents indicated that little progress had been made. A classified document from early 2005 listing "Target Objectives" said U.S. forces must "interdict the supply of IEDs (improvised explosive devices) from Pakistan" and "interdict infiltration routes from Pakistan."

A special operations task force map highlighting militants' infiltration routes from Pakistan in early 2005 included this comment from a U.S. military commander: "Pakistani border forces [should] cease assisting cross border insurgent activities."

The state of California wants to pass a bill that will require student to learn " gay history " month. This is not the end of the world, but I feel this crosses many lines. The problem is that California has lost its moral mind. Morality has became a study of the past, and the California public schools would rather teach the Koran. I have been watching this Iran issue for the least three years, but what can we do? I have had a lot of people asking me if the American people should fear the new high-tech weapons. I have seen the boat craft and the underwater missle. I know allot of people think this government might put more of a fight, but Iran is just acting silly. These are little toys, and not real weapons. I would call Iran's' weapons micro-machines. They are bluffing their little hearts out. I have to give major props to my friend seaspook at http://seaspook.blogspot.com. I have been watching the issue about the illegal immigration and the bills the government is trying to pass. My feelings are they broke the law an they should be held accountable for it. I have lived in Phoenix for most of my life and I know many illegal aliens, but I don't condone their actions. I fully understand the immigrants position, and if I was from Mexico I would probably do the same thing. But we are a nation of laws! I have my associate degree in criminal administration, and after learning the legal system I have learned that laws are one of the main objects that separate us from the rest of the world. The American people believe in a government system with strong laws, and with out those laws we wouldn't have security. My question is where are the American people? I know many American Mexican immigrants that feel the same way I do. One of the main problems that have with this issue is that the illegal feel most of the states that border Mexico should be given back, and they feel they are taken them back. I don't see the native Americans asking for their land back, and if they did so it would be ridicules. These people don't want to intergraded when they wave the Mexican flag. I want to say to the President; "I voted for you twice and you owe the American people. Please don't give our nation away because future votes are at stake. We are standing up for the security of our boarders, and culture". We can't let everyone in the country that wants to be here, but my party leaders don't see it. I am not going to surrender this country over to a third world country. This globalization issue has destroyed our identity! .............................I am so mad I can't even type any more.......................ok....... I have seen allot of junk on the web when I am researching documents in business. I any readers don't know I am in school for my Bachelors degree for business. I come across something that may be big to some people, but some may not care.
I found out Nelson Mandela was a communist. Just thought I would put that out there. Because in high school they made him out to be larger than the Pope. I am not a catholic but I understand where reverence belongs. To some of the people I may sound like I am a raciest but I feel strongly that many Americans are loosing their national pride. This is not only a sad thing but I feel it could have an extremely dangerous effect on a democratized nation. I am a native American with a slogan of "I am not a victim". I got that from Michael Medved who is an on air conservative talent. I don't feel he is right all the time , but most of the time.
Those are some of the thoughts that I am feeling while in school, but some times people just need to speak out and tell what they feel is the truth some times.

As americans we need to keep every solder in our prayers. This means everyone! I also feel of we can put more in the budget for injured solders. If we can donate millions to some of the garbage that's coming out of Washington we should have more than enough to pay for our falling heroes. That also includes mental health issues to. Our countries best is guarding our interest at home and abroad and they should be taken care of first. This video is what most of our troops see every day, and I feel we need to use our imagination and put our selves in their shoes. Then think of how much they are getting played and the families they are trying to support at home. I am for a higher pay increase for the outstanding duty they display every day in our interest. I Once aging I am sorry but my time away. I feel school is one of the most important things you can ever do for your self. I have been reading about the freedom of press in the UK. Many new groups have published these cartoon that depict Muhammad in many different situations. I these are not flattering portrayals of there prophet but from a non believer I really don't see what's the problem is. I do understand they believe it is blasphemy, but in a free society what can you do? Would Christians protest if it was christ? I feel they really would. Are the majority of muslims out their racist towards any non-believer. I feel the leadership in the muslim faith likes the fact a majority their people are non-education . Absolute Power Corrupts.
In my ethics class I would say this game the UK press is playing is dangerous. I feel you either need to get fully in on the war on terror or just stop provoking the enemy. I am sorry I haven't wrote in a while, but school has became more work than I figured. Lately I have been scanning news stories any time I can. Today I found one that shouldn't be a shock to most Americans. Ladimir Putin (Russian President) has lately made it known that Russia is now building new super nuke missiles that can penetrate American defenses. Many may say they are a broke country with any substantial military power. That answer would be wrong, but why? Ever since the fall of the evil empire, some people within the soviet government have kept the thought of communism alive under cover an in the closet. I sort of knew the Russian government were going back to the communistic ways, due to Putin blocking out side organizations to promote democracy. I also have been reading that the Russian government has started to take control private utilities such as oil. Are the Russian people going to allow communism to rehash the flames of control? I feel there might be a revolution within my life time, but there is another question that I would like to ask the American people. How far is it our business, and what will be the answer? I just don't know any more, and I think the liberals have robbed part American heart out of our society. Before I end I just want to remind people not to forget another rising power, and that would be China. Keep our soldier's in mind this new year, because they haven't forgot about you! The hard core Liberals still don't get what it means to be an American. There are calls last week from some liberals to ask American solders to kill there CO's (commanding officers). My reaction is... what are they thinking? I really don't know what to say, but were is america moving now? Tonight on Fox news I heard that Harvard and another promenade school accepted 20 million as a rewarded for teaching anti-American views. Where did this money come from you say? The same money Rudy Juliani turned down after 9/11. The money was donated by Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Why would he give that much to a foreign school? Some people in the media think's it's because this school has the same points of view, and that america shouldn't support Israel, and promote Democracy in the Middle East. I am not for attacking every country to push democracy, but I am willing to share my views on defending America from a Jihad. I know all of you have heard the talking points so I won't go there, but I can't stress to people that we're at war! Now is not the time to create a division in America, but it's time to stand by the people that protect us. Asking a solider to shoot there CO is only not funny, but it runs along the lines of treason. People here are free to voice what ever they want, but when America is at war... some statements are criminal! I feel the only people that have a real say in things are the soliders. A War On Christmas?

The war on christmas. I though I would never see the day when this holiday would be under attack. At first I didn't notice because I wasn't really paying attention. Growing up in the late 70's were some good times.
I grew up in the poor parts of Phoenix Az, and even there Christmas were alive an well. As a child my mother had me work for an elderly Jewish lady. She would have me do things like clean her floors, wash dishes, and walk to the corner store for food. I didn't mind because she was paying me 50 cents a day. Reason why her husband wasn't there was because he died in Chelmno (Nazi death camp in Poland), but she rarely talked about him. As a child I learned more about diversity amongst religions and culture. Every Christmas for three years she had me put up her Menorah, and Christmas decorations. As a child I asked her "If you are Jewish, why do you put up Christmas stuff"? She didn't even hesitate in her answer. She said "Christmas is not just one faiths holiday, but it's an American holiday". I never really thought of it that way. As a non-practicing Christian, I always thought of Christmas as a Christian holiday. I have heard some people say "There were no Christmas trees at the manger". What is one to say? I know many people have different explanations, and some of them are good. My explanation is, this is a nation of people who give there hearts, and share with others who are in need year round. I don't really know much about the American origins of Christmas and maybe I should, but it's always my favorite time of year. Why are we letting a small minority preach to us that we need to be more sensitive. I really weren't going to write about this subject, but after watching a Virgin Mobile TV ad enraged me. They had many aspects of religious in there commercial, and that didn't bother me (not even the gay elf). But when I seen the caveman picked to represent the Christians, that enraged me. I feel the progressives are trying to tell the world that the christians are the equivalent of caveman of an out dated religion . You may have your mind made up already, but I know were I stand. Not mater what happens, Christmas will all ways live in my heart and 80%+ of American hearts too.

On December 11, 2005 white australians sprung into reaction after two life guards were attacked on the beach by a group of Lebanese descendants. Reasons were unknown, but the back lash was more than the local government could control. The police had to fend off local rioters from attacking any person that may look Arab. That night about 40 cars were smashed with bats and sticks. Many people arrested and one white male was stabbed in the back.
Are we looking at another France? I think people in general are sick of the issue of race riots. We have two large problems that might fuel the flames of hate on both sides. I am speaking as an american now. There will not be peace as long the leaders in the Muslim faith keeps blaming everything that goes bad with muslims on Jewish Zionist. Things that people know what is fact, is called smoke and mirrors because Zionist are behind it (LOL). I feel that the Muslim people are not a fault. They are being lied to by the people that are supposed to care for them the most. I know if the people like my priest, teachers, or family that cared for me told me things as a child growing up, I would take it as fact. But growing up I learned that there are always two sides to each coin. Now before I make up my mind I read from many sources, and look for a reporter that is not trying to give their own opinion. That is how I look at my politics.
The other problem is not the Zionist but the reacting people on the other side. Fueling flames of hate are people that are fed up, or people have a knee jerk reaction. I grew up with racism all around me. I know how it feels to have people look down at you for the color of your skin. In high school I had hispanics tell me that I was betraying my race because I was dating a white girl. Funny thing is they thought I was Hispanic. But I was taught better than that. I learned every one is a racist in their own way, but as long as you don't act out as a vigilantly nor press your radical views on others, your normal. The ultimate freedom in America is to act and feel how ever you want, as long as long as you don't infringe on other peoples rights. Dose this mean to teach your other children hate or tell them to hate other people. No... Doing so is child abuse. Not only should tolerance be taught at home but it should be taught at school. Just because people grown up in different neighborhood and tax brackets, racism is not excusable! But free handouts like socialism are never the answer. Will this end soon? I don't see it happening any time soon, but that is the way I feel.

China Kills Protestors

I feel this subject needs to be open for scrutiny. China is a nation that is growing fast and dangerous. Over time I feel america is going to wake up and notice that communism is alive and well. A well funded by the a flood of Chinese goods. This month a small town in south China had acknowledged they had killed up to 20 farmers that were protesting. About what? I don't think we will ever know until freedom of press is allowed in that nation.What can we do about this? Well I don't know.... China has America by the throat due to chinese companies like Wal-Mart. Like a drug, Americans are hooked on low prices, and there seems to be no end to this madness. The Chinese war machine is getting stronger and stronger by the day while america stands divided over war and peace. America is a strong nation that could stand up to any nation in the world, but the liberal machine has imbedded a movement unlike any I have ever seen. The Olympics are soon coming to this red state, but will foreigners be safe? That question will soon be answered.

First things first: The issue that's getting so much attention and rightfully so is the hate letter written to PFC Joshua Sparling.

In case you missed the show, Josh was wounded in Iraq on November 20, and by the time he arrived at Walter Reed Medical Center he was almost immediately carted in for surgery. With a down moment he opened up a card which on the surface seemed like a patriotic "get well soon" kids' note, only to open and see it said this verbatim:

Dear, Soldier
Have a great time in the war and have a great time dieing in the war from Solider Miguel
P.S. DIE.

This was the only card on his wall. As much pain as he is in he insisted on leaving the card up and in view. He, by the way, is proud of his service misses his buddies and wants to go back and fight. Please write him and his fellow wounded war fighters Christmas/holiday/get well cards to let them know that this card does not represent the America public.
